Become a certified Food Protection Manager through this national training that fulfills most health department requirements for compliance with state and federal regulations for retail food operations.

This intensive 9-hour training will prepare you for and give the exam that is required for MA certification. Learn about food safety, sanitation and food regulations. 

Upon passing the exam, you will receive your ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and valid for 5 years. 

The MA Food Allergen Certification will also be provided.

The cost includes reference text and exam.  The textbook is available prior to the first meeting of class. They can be picked up at the GCC Downtown Center, 270 Main Street, Greenfield. Should the training be cancelled, the book must be returned in like-new condition to receive a full refund for the class.
