Join this growing profession and get all the information and hands-on training needed to become a nationally Certified Personal Trainer. This intensive, 62-hour program includes 16 classroom and 16 lab hours with a 30-hour internship. National exams will be held on the last classes. Whether for a career move or for your own personal knowledge, learn anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing, equipment usage and health assessment. CPR/AED is needed to receive the certificate. Textbook is required and not included in course fees. Qualifies for 6.0 BOC CEUs/ 6 AOTA CEUs / 6.0 IACET CEUs.
