Become a Certified Food Protection Manager with this national training program. The intensive 9-hour training will prepare you for and give the exam that is required for MA State Certification. Get updated on food manager responsibilities and insure that the food you are serving is safe for the public. The cost includes reference text and exam and the MA Food Allergen Certification will also be provided. Registrants are encouraged to pick up the textbook from the Downtown Center at least one week prior to first day of class since a lot of material will be covered in this training.
