This program series is designed to give new and less experienced supervisors and managers a thorough knowledge of the skills and behaviors critical to leadership success. Participants learn to use these skills to effectively manage relationships with their direct reports, peers and managers. Each module is practice intensive and focuses on practical application so that participants can apply their learning directly back on the job. That’s why programs are scheduled every week. Participants in the certificate program must attend the series in sequence as each session’s content builds upon what is learned in the previous sessions. Participants who attend all five sessions will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. NOTE: Participants MUST complete day 1 prior to attending any programs within the series. They must also complete the Everything DiSC® Management Profile® prior to attending day 1. TARGET AUDIENCE: This series is offered to front-line supervisors, managers and professionals in manufacturing, office, and other industries such as service, distribution, sales, and health care.
